In adopting the TCF principle we recognise that fair treatment of our clients is about constantly adding value to the service we offer by aiming to:

  • protect the interests of our clients at each stage of the product life cycle, from promotion right through to after sales service
  • meet as best we can the unique needs of each client by offering a clear, fair, efficient and professional service
  • To take account of client’s preferred method of communicating with us and to accommodate these within our day-to-day practices wherever possible
  • To be especially mindful of the needs of clients meeting our vulnerable client policy
